What is your therapeutic approach?

My treatment is informed by current evidence based therapies, and yogic and meditative practices.  However, I approach every individual and group in a manner befitting of their unique needs, and work in a collaborative way to discover a relationship which is supportive of my clients' wishes and goals.  

Do you provide telehealth services?

Due to the on-going public health emergency, I am currently exclusively providing telehealth counseling.  I look forward to resuming regular in-person sessions as the health data allows, but do not anticipate that occurring until sometime in the fall of 2021.  Please let me know if your clinical needs indicate the necessity of in-person sessions, and I will be happy to discuss with you whether those needs can be accommodated.  

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently an out-of-network provider, and therefore do not accept insurance.  I am not an in-network provider because I believe that working with insurance companies allows an outside party to dictate your treatment plan, limiting the work we can do together and the privacy afforded to our relationship.  I am happy to provide Superbills so that you may use your Health Savings Accounts or submit them to insurance for reimbursement.  However, I cannot guarantee that any session will be reimbursed because each insurance plan is different.

What is your cancellation policy?

​A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is requested.  Clients who cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for their appointment will be charged for the cost of the service.

What are your rates?  

My standard rate for individual counseling and consulting services is $125 per 50 minute session.  My goal is for therapy to be accessible to those who choose to participate. If you experience financial hardship, we can work together to create a fee structure that makes our work financially possible and sustainable for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, checks, and Venmo at this time. Payment is due prior to or at the time of the session.
